Volunteer orphanage home program might be appealing for all of us. You may want to give your generous support to those unfortunate orphan, abandoned, street and children from the most disadvantaged communities. At VIN, after years of working experiences with those children in Need, we have decided to construct a model children's home where the children can be assured a homely environment with special care through our trained child care program staff. Wait! The home is not ready yet. We have launched fundraising campaigns. You may get involved with this great project from where you are. You may also contact us for online volunteering. We have our fundraising pack ready to assist you for this endeavors.
Giving a shelter for those children is not enough. The children will forget they were orphan if we give them special attention and family like environment. This is possible ONLY through well trained child care specialists. Realizing this, VIN has established a child care department and under which Nepal Children's Home is set up. The children at Nepal Children's Home will be guaranteed of nutritious food, care, love & affection and quality education. The home is set under our Children's development program. Through this program VIN ensures basic RIGHT of a CHILD to survival, protection, development, participation, education, expression, nutrition, health care, recreation, nationality.
The Nepal Children Home (NCH) was set up in 2011, under the leadership of Volunteers Initiative Nepal (VIN) a non-political, non-profit non-religious volunteer organization (Regd. No: 147/062/63, SWC No: 20910) based in Kathmandu, with the objective of providing home, nutritious food, healthcare, education and emotional support to orphans, abandoned, underprivileged and conflict victim children in Nepal.
